DETAILS:
Right Bee Cider is Chicago's first cidery, established in 2014 within Hermosa's former Schwinn bicycle factory. The cozy taproom leads right into a 5000+ square foot production facility where guests can see how the cider is made. Learn about the fermentation process, packaging and distributing, all done on site. There is also a beekeeping operation on the roof, whose harvest makes its way into select ciders.

We are family friendly, but anyone who wants to purchase alcohol will need a valid photo ID and be 21+
VISITOR EXPERIENCE:
The cidery and tap room will be open for visitors to buy a beverage, enjoy complimentary popcorn, and see the production space. Beekeepers will also be onsite. There is an optional 20-30 minute guided tour offered throughout the day. Guests are welcome to BYO food or order in for delivery.
